Returns

We take pride on the quality and fit of our garments, but we understand that occasionally there may be an issue. If you are not satisfied with your purchase because it was either damaged, defective, or we may have shipped you an incorrect item by mistake, please follow the instructions and requirements below to request a return for exchange or store credit.

Most products purchased from us can be exchanged or replaced within 14 days from the date your order is shipped from our fulfillment center. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. Items marked Final Sale or Closeout are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge will be deducted from your refund or the refund may be denied. Original freight or shipping charges are not refundable unless the returned products are deemed defective.

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS: We will process your return up to 14 days after we receive it. Please allow up to one credit cycle after that for your bank to post any applicable refunds to your account.

GENERAL RETURN CONSIDERATIONS

If you need to return an item you will need to submit a Return Authorizations request. If you would like assistance in returning an item, please contact us for more information. Certain items are not eligible for return, such as clearance items or items that have been worn or damaged, etc. 

PREPARING YOUR PACKAGE FOR RETURN

Original packaging must be intact. Pack your item securely in original packaging, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return. Attach your return label to the package if applicable. Important: If you need to return multiple orders, please don't consolidate returns. Return orders individually, using a separate return label for each order. Consumers will return items for exchange postage prepaid. If all exchange requirements are met, we will send the requested exchange via USPS at no additional charge to the consumer.

UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES

If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, we will pass along any penalties, charges, or fees from carrier that may include, but is not limited to, extra shipping charges.
